This week’s menu plan includes:
1) Southwest burgers , fritos - a friend of mine on Twitter told me about these. She made burgers in a cast iron skillet, and topped them with refried beans, salsa, fritos and sharp cheddar. I ate the fritos on the side but they were yummy.
2) Wild rice chicken casserole, veggies
3) tacos
4)fried bologna sandwiches, fries
5) BBQ boston butt, mac salad, beans
6) sandwhiches from the leftover boston butt
7) chicken strips, mac / cheese, butter beans
8 ) coca cola pork chops, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts

I know this is Wordless Wednesday, but ladies and gentlemen, you’ve got to have the scientific formula for this ever so yummy cinnamon toast. I’ve been a cinnamon toast fan for years, but ladies and gentlemen, I was doing it ALL wrong, until I found this post today from The Pioneer Woman, who taught me the proper way to make cinnamon toast. And now my friends I am in cinnamon toast heaven.
