So, You want to know about the person behind the blog?

Well, I’m Alyssa, a 27 year old, wife and mom who juggles many roles. Some of these roles include speaker, writer, business owner, blogger, podcaster, friend, and I’m sure there are more.

At this point in my life (April 2008) I am currently expecting child #3, yes, you read that right, 3. In a few more months I’ll have 3 children under the age of 5. This was not what I planned, but God did, so I know I’m blessed.

I am a work at home mom, though I never thought I would be or thought it was really possibly to be making money from home, I’ve learned it is and I know God put the opportunities I currently enjoy in my path especially for me. I get to enjoy raising my 3 children myself, I get to write , which is one of my loves, and I get to do ministry, which is my passion, so what could be better than that?

I use this blog for fun and to share with you the non-work related parts of my life. I try to be frugal, I love to cook, I have become obsessed with organizing, I like to shop, I am addicted to Coca-Cola, I am a little nuts about matching things, I have wonderful friends. I look for God’s hand in even the smallest details of life, get excited about it and run to my laptop to blog about it. I have more online friends than I can count. I love learning new things and trying to do the techy stuff myself for my website, though sometimes it doesn’t work and I call on a friend for help.
