		<description>Yes!!  that is the biggest thing my husband and I say also!  Both of my boys were potty trained either right before or right when they turned 2.  It only took a week or less for both of them.  People kept asking me how I did it -- CONSISTENCY!  I didn&#039;t keep putting them back in diapers or giving them days off, I just made sure that every day I was doing the same thing!  It&#039;s the same way with discipline.  This is a great lesson, thank you for sharing :-)</description>

I find that being consistent was so much easier when my children were younger. Now that they are older and are able to reason or negotiate, it&#039;s much harder to reinforce that consistency.</description>
