Both of my boys were potty trained either right before or right when they turned 2. It only took a week or less for both of them. People kept asking me how I did it -- CONSISTENCY! I didn't keep putting them back in diapers or giving them days off, I just made sure that every day I was doing the same thing! It's the same way with discipline.
