Welcome back!
This past weekend I was busy as a bee working on VBS preparation and I was on the phone with my pastor. My little girl and I were home alone and she was playing happily behind me in the living room. Needless to say it was 20 minutes or so before I realized what she was playing with, my wallet! Debit cards and gift cards were scattered everywhere. So I got them up shoved everything back in my wallet until I realized my main debit card was gone.
When my hubby came home I wanted him to check under the furniture which I cannot move but he put me off as usual. Until Wednesday night, when after church I told him I HAD to have my debit back to go shopping on Thursday, grocery & errand day. So he agreed to help me look moving the couch, the recliner and the area rug. Though we moved half the living room we didn’t find the debit card, but lots of dust, crumbs and other clutter that had gotten underneath the furniture. SAD! I’m not a good housekeeper! We got all of that up and I went on to searching for my debit elsewhere.
I got my purse out and decided hey she might have dropped it back down in the thing, which I had not checked so I began my search. Finally just going through the wallet itself to discover that the debit was there all along snuggly tucked behind my license. I was excited to have found ti but hesitant to tell the hubby. I told him, “would you be mad if I told you I found it in here?” Followed by, “We needed to clean anyway.” He wasn’t amused!

That sort of thing happens to me all the time, but it is always my keys!! My little guy loves keys and always takes mine and it never fails we end up tearing the house apart, just to find them in my purse:)
