Lists, Lists, and More Lists

Welcome back!

I was soo busy last week with new projects, writing and life that I did not blog here as much as I like to. This next week looks like it is proving to be no exception. Every Sunday night I sit down and create a list of things I need to do for the week. I divide them into the days I need to accomplish them and I put them on my TO Do lists for the different days of the week in my Busy Woman’s Planner. I love the act of crossing things off the list so this is a perfect planner for me with its daily TO DOs.

Tonight I am also going to be creating a list of goals for May. I was just twittering with some friends and one of them, Crystal Unrau of Chrysanthemoms.com, a great blog for moms, was sharing the technique she began using last month to keep track of her monthly goals. I think I’ll incorporate it into my routine. So, tonight I”ll come up with my goals list and then, as she shared I will write each goal on a notecard/index card and then also write one action step that I can do to begin achieving the goal. After I complete that step I can cross it off, but I must replace it with another action step. What a great way to stay on track I must say! I’ll let you know how it works for me.

There is so much going on I couldn’t pack it all into one post soooo I’m going to be doing another post in the morning to let you know about more of the things I have up my sleeve, so be sure to check back tomorrow!!!
