Welcome back!
My friends Aurelia and Judilynn both posted Monday Motivation posts today on their blogs. Monday Motivations is a way that they get motivated to start a new week, now I am going to join them today as I had a bit of difficulty getting motivated myself this morning. Luckily, After reading their posts and looking over my client list of articles and my monthly income list I realized if i was going to make that income I had to actually write the client’s articles brilliant revelation huh?
But seriously, I have been trying to stay better organized, which was one of Judilynn’s ways of getting motivated and I am trying to create some new habits. One of which is to go to bed with my desk clean every night, another which isn’t really related to my writing is to go to bed with a clean kitchen, no dishes in the sink, counters wiped, dishwasher running, everything put away. I attempted to create a habit of doing this earlier in the year and lets just say I fell off the wagon. So I am at it again. They say it takes 21 days to develop a habit, last night was day 4 this go round for my attempting to create a habit of cleaning my kitchen before bed.
Setting goals normally helps me to stay motivated, so do TO DO lists. I am an avid To Do list maker. Of course i made my TO DO list for today over the weekend. Making your TO DO list the night before can save you time.
Aurelia share her TO DO for the week over on her blog. She also asks how we plan our week. Well, normally mine first centers around any family activities or appointments, then church activities, then my work/ministry.
This week I luckily don’t have alot going on outside the home. I find the fewer outside the home activities I have the better. I can get much more done. Tonight I have TOMgirls my favorite outside the home activity, getting together with a group of gals at church for food, Bible study, prayer and fellowship. Tonight we’re being honored by the WMU (older ladies of the church) and they are treating us to a meal and entertainment I hear. I can’t wait!
Ok, I’ve motivated myself today, I hope you can get motivated too and enjoy your week!

Way to go girl. You only have 17 more days until that habit is formed. Keep up the good work.
