Different is good
I have always liked being different. I didn’t like to just “fit in” I wanted to “stand out”. Well, I believe that different can be good in a lot of areas. Yesterday, we attended the church I am interviewing at, and it was “different” different from what we’re used to anyway. The music was much more contemporary. That was new to us, for church anyway. I’ve listened to that type of music a lot just not “at church”. But, I can definitely see myself getting used to it.
Anyway, it was a good experience. I think we will be fine if I get the job, just something to get used to. I am excited and still very hopeful. Waiting for GOD to work. Waiting is tough, I’m not good at it. Pray for me.

it’s amazing how different churches can be from each other.
We’re actually going to look at other churches soon.
The one we started going to several months ago just isnt right.
I dont feel like it’s supposed to be our church home.

I have been switching between two churches for years…the one I grew up in and the one I got married in! Our pastor and the music mean a lot to me. Our current church (the one I got married in) has an amazing youth choir that just makes our Sunday service exhilarating (especially for my teens which is VITAL).
